Shuly Rubin Schwartz is a distinguished scholar of Jewish history, holding prominent positions at The Jewish Theological Seminary of America (JTS). She serves as the Chancellor of JTS, a milestone achievement as she is the first woman to be elected to this role in the seminary's history. Additionally, Schwartz holds the title of Irving Lehrman Research Professor of American Jewish History, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
